The Regional Marketing and Communications Manager for MEA Region is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer engagement across the Middle East and Africa region for Motion High Power business. Qualifications for the role</b></h2><p></p><ul><li><p>
Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Marketing, with demonstrated career progression in complex matrix organizations.</p></li><li><p>
Solid experience in brand management, demand generation, digital channels and media relations. Proven expertise in technical B2B/industrial marketing and communications.</p></li><li><p>
Market awareness in the Middle East &amp; Africa region is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multicultural, multi-country teams.</p></li><li><p>
Savvy with digital marketing tools and social media.</p></li><li><p>
Hands-on execution ability combined with a strategic mindset.</p></li><li><p>
