<ul><li>Create and publish content across all platforms, including printed brochures, blogs, enewsletters, LinkedIn, and the company website.</li>
<li>Maintain a consistent editorial calendar to ensure a steady cadence of blogs, thought leadership articles, case studies, and enewsletters.</li>
<li>Translate complex industrial ventilation concepts into accessible, compelling content for both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>

<div></div><div>Email Marketing</div>
<ul><li>Design and deploy targeted campaigns that support lead generation and customer retention.</li>
<li>Continuously optimize email performance through testing and evaluation.</li>
<li>Build, maintain, and segment email lists in close collaboration with Sales and Business Development teams.</li>

<div></div><div>Digital Content Strategy &amp; Execution</div>
<ul><li>Work with marketing director and external agency to develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy across social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid digital campaigns.</li>
<li>Align content initiatives with lead generation, customer retention, and brand awareness goals.</li>
<li>Contribute to marketing campaign planning and serve as the primary driver of content execution.</li>

<div></div><div>Social Media &amp; Community Engagement</div>
<ul><li>Work with marketing director and external agency to manage and grow the company's social media presence across relevant channels.</li>
<li>Monitor platforms, respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Foster community engagement and brand advocacy among customers, partners, and industry peers.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div>Paid Digital Advertising</div>
<ul><li>Work with marketing director and external agency to manage paid keyword strategies and digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.</li>
<li>Ensure landing page content is optimized for user experience, relevance, and conversion.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign budgets, performance, and ROI, making data-driven adjustments as needed</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div>Analytics &amp; Reporting</div>
<ul><li>Track, analyze, and report on key digital metrics including traffic, engagement, lead volume, conversion rates, and email performance.</li>
<li>Present regular performance updates to the marketing team and leadership.</li>
<li>Leverage audience insights and analytics to continuously refine content strategy and improve results.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.</li>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing.</li>
<li>Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing social media, email marketing platforms, and paid digital campaigns for a corporate audience.</li>
<li>Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.</li>
<li>Experience in B2B marketing or industrial, manufacturing, or technical industries preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and influence without direct authority.</li></ul>

Role Summary: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Communications Specialist II is a key member of the Marketing Team. The Marketing Communications Specialist II will be responsible for the creation of and execution of marketing assets and campaigns supporting The Kendall Group's business initiatives with a focus on our Merlo Energy brand and their principal partner Armstrong International.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Communications Specialist II position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Campaign Development<ul><li>
Design and develop marketing campaigns (content, execution, delivery) to support sales goals and event marketing using all marketing methodologies: email, web SEO, social media, and print, ensuring all campaign materials are presented timely and accurately</li><li>
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer-centric and coordinated messages to grow opportunities, promote customer acquisition, influence external audiences, build brand awareness, elevate visibility within industry markets, and enhance sales enablement</li><li>
Deploy targeted communications to customers using marketing automation platform to launch and track results</li><li>
Work with supplier teams to leverage applicable supplier content and ensure all supplier usage/brand guidelines are being followed</li><li>
Increase brand recognition through communication of the corporate value proposition(s) via email, web, print and other channels</li></ul>
Asset and Collateral Creation<ul><li>
Write and design compelling and consistent brand messages for various marketing assets including emails, newsletters, website content, landing pages, brochures, videos, banner ads, social media, and branding elements</li><li>
Effectively communicate complex messages in a variety of communication forms to varying audiences</li><li>
Support event marketing and sales promotion needs with material creation such as print collateral, signage, forms, web and email promotion, and social media content</li><li>
Work with E-commerce team to design visually compelling assets, icons, and banner ads for use across our desktop and mobile responsive website</li><li>
Develop appropriate website content and landing pages, ensuring best practices are followed (working with in-house or external partners)</li><li>
Maintain good working knowledge of platforms (creative, CMS, marketing automation, CRM, social publishing) and tools utilized in content creation and deployment</li><li>

</h1><ul><li>Work Experience: 3 years of marketing/marketing communications experience</li><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing or related field, or commensurate experience</li><li>
Analytics/Computer Skills: High competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience working with design platforms and tools; knowledge of digital communication channels and measurement practices; experience working in email or marketing automation platforms and tools such as HubSpot; strong analytical skills</li><li>
