Essential Tasks:

 Program Messaging &amp; Positioning
<ul>
<li>Partner with Program Management to understand products, target classes, underwriting appetite, differentiators, and go-to-market priorities.</li>
<li>Translate program features and competitive advantages into clear messaging frameworks, value propositions, launch narratives, and campaign themes.</li>
<li>Support new program launches and refreshes by shaping positioning, messaging, and audience-facing content strategies.</li>

 Multi-Channel Content Creation
<ul>
<li>Write, edit, and continuously improve content for websites, landing pages, articles, blogs, email campaigns, nurture journeys, paid media (PPC/SEM), print collateral, partner assets, presentations, video scripts, and sales enablement materials.</li>
<li>Adapt messaging by audience, funnel stage, distribution partner, and program lifecycle while maintaining brand consistency.</li>
<li>Develop content that supports both awareness and conversion across organic, paid, partner, and sales-assisted channels.</li>
<li>Optimize content for both traditional search behavior and AI-driven search and answer experiences.</li>

 Testing, Optimization &amp; Performance
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation to test headlines, calls to action, landing pages, email messaging, ad variations, and nurture flows.</li>
<li>Use performance data (traffic, rankings, engagement, CTR, open rates, conversion rates, and lead quality) to refine messaging and improve results.</li>
<li>Apply SEO, SEM, UX, and analytics insights to enhance discoverability, readability, and conversion performance.</li>

 Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Workflow

<li>Partner with Program Management, Sales, Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, design, compliance, and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely content.</li>

Licensing and Credentials:

Job Summary: The Marketing Copywriter and Editor is a key member of the Marketing and Communications team, serving as a trusted writing and editing resource across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Copywriter and Editor, this role supports clear, consistent, and on-brand messaging across channels and audiences, including leadership and executive stakeholders. The Marketing Copywriter and Editor contributes to advancing the priorities of AccessLex Institute and Helix Bar Review by AccessLex by translating complex ideas into compelling, audience-focused content.

Responsibilities and Duties:
<ul><li>Write and edit content across all channels, including emails, newsletters, press releases, social media and advertising, websites, publications, and print and digital materials;
