This role works within the Brand, Marketing &amp; Communications Department on the Marketing Automation and Business Intelligence Team.</p><p>
The Marketing Automation Intern will learn and be tasked with understanding customer goals and drive program experimentation in a data-driven manner to support marketing automation programs and enhance overall member/customer user experiences. This position seeks to gain hands-on experience to the existing marketing technology stack of tools including Marketo. This internship will also provide the incumbent with experience in a fast pace and high volume environment and will assist in identifying strategic and tactical areas of improvement related to the service.</p><p>
The Marketing Automation Intern is also responsible for applying logic and creativity in strategic initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting of all activities provided through the service. What You'll Do</p><p>
As an intern, you will be part of the dynamic and fast-paced Middle East Marketing &amp; Communications function, supporting, amplifying and communicating the firm&rsquo;s brand and helping drive growth. This internship offers valuable practical experience and insight into the inner workings of a highly successful and embedded Marketing &amp; Communications team spread across Riyadh, Dubai &amp; Doha, and aims to equip you with transferable skills applicable to future career opportunities.</p><p></p><p><br>
The intern will be based in Riyadh and will rotate across multiple Marketing &amp; Communications teams, gaining exposure to Corporate Communications, Practice Area Marketing &amp; Communications, Client Engagement &amp; Events, and Marketing Operations. The role is designed to provide a well-rounded understanding of how BCG engages internally and externally across the Middle East.</p><p></p><p><br>
Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li>
Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.</li><li>
Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.</li><li>
Maintain and update records, databases, or tracking sheets.</li><li>
Help streamline internal processes and suggest improvements where applicable.</li><li>
Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.</li><li>

Corporate Communications</p><ul><li>
Content Development &amp; Messaging: Draft internal content and messaging at both Middle East system and office levels (Dubai, Doha, Riyadh), ensuring clarity and alignment.</li><li>
Communications Support: Assist with internal and external communications, including emails, announcements, and campaigns.</li><li>
Storytelling &amp; Channel Activation: Contribute to storytelling initiatives.</li><li>
Performance Tracking &amp; Insights: Monitor communication metrics (e.g., engagement rates, email opens, newsletter performance) and prepare concise, insight-driven reports.</li><li>
Documentation &amp; Governance: Maintain and update communication materials and internal documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
Client Engagement &amp; Events</p><ul><li>
Support the planning and execution of flagship regional and global events hosted in or involving the Middle East.</li><li>
Assist in developing materials aligned with cross-cutting, senior-level event themes.</li><li>
Contribute to the coordination of peer-to-peer forums and relationship-building platforms.</li><li>
Help ensure strong visibility for ME MDPs and priority clients at regional and global BCG events.</li><li>
Support logistics, supplier onboarding, invoicing and ad hoc event administrative takes.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
Marketing Operations</p><ul><li>
CRM support and data hygiene: Assist in maintaining and updating CRM records, supporting contact segmentation, campaign tracking, and ensuring data accuracy across marketing systems.</li><li>
Social media governance support: Help monitor compliance with brand and governance guidelines across official and personal social channels, and support coordination of posting calendars.</li><li>
Personal branding enablement: Support BCGers with LinkedIn optimization, content coordination, and performance tracking to strengthen thought leadership visibility.</li><li>
Reporting and analytics: Contribute to the preparation of marketing dashboards and performance reports, analyzing campaign effectiveness and identifying trends to inform decision-making.</li></ul><p>
Practice Area Marketing &amp; Communications</p><ul><li>
Support thought leadership activation: Assist in adapting global and regional Practice Area content into Middle East&ndash;relevant messaging for newsletters, email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and client-facing materials.</li><li>
Coordinate visibility initiatives: Help track and support &ldquo;seat at the table&rdquo; opportunities, including event participation, speaking slots, and publication placements, ensuring alignment with PA priorities.</li><li>
Support with client event organization: planning, logistics, and on-ground support</li><li>
Media and social amplification support: Contribute to drafting social copy, preparing media briefing materials, and monitoring coverage and engagement metrics across channels.</li><li>
Performance tracking and reporting: Support the analysis of campaign performance and engagement data, helping translate metrics into insights to optimize reach and impact.</li></ul><p><br>
What You'll Bring</p><ul><li>
Final-year university student eligible for COOP in June 2026</li><li>
Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)</li><li>
Undergraduate Degree required in any relevant subject; preferably communications or marketing related</li><li>
