The Marketing &amp; Proposal Specialist or Sr. Marketing &amp; Proposal Specialist is a motivated, detail-driven, and passionate professional who will support our day-to-day marketing efforts, develop winning proposals, and support our strategic business growth. Experience in Adobe InDesign with proficiency in a CRM system are required. <li>Document Management: Prepare and edit reports, correspondence, presentations, and meeting minutes, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.</li>
<li>Document and Proposal Preparation: Draft, format, and edit professional proposals and supporting documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational objectives.</li>
<li>Proposal Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional input, manage timelines, and oversee submission processes to ensure high-quality, on-time proposal delivery.</li>
<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior executives, Human Resources, Finance, Business Development, and Operations to streamline organizational initiatives.</li>
<li>Office Management: Oversee office operations, including vendor coordination, facility management, supply inventory, and preparation for new hires and exiting employees.</li>
<li>Event Support: Assist in planning and executing company-wide events and high-level engagements.</li>
<li>Executive Support: Provide seamless assistance to other senior leaders when needed, ensuring consistency and continuity.</li>
</ul>Additional Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with corporate strategy, organizational culture, and operational objectives.</li>
<li>Partner with leadership to support performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and strategic workforce initiatives.</li>
<li>Develop compliant, persuasive, and well-structured business development and proposal content for DoW and civilian government agencies, including analysis of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and related communications to inform response strategies.</li>
<li>Identify, gather, and synthesize technical inputs, documentation, and resources to produce high-quality, detailed deliverables.</li>
<li>Create and refine executive communications, presentations, and visual materials that translate strategic vision into clear, decision-support content.</li>
<li>Collaborate on graphic design concepts and maintain a centralized repository of best-in-class proposal and communications materials, ensuring proper archiving and retrieval within SharePoint.</li>
<li>Utilize Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) to develop professional documents, manage content, and support business development efforts.</li>
<li>Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness in managing competing priorities and urgent, time-sensitive assignments.</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned in support of organizational objectives.</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">Required Qualifications:</h1>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li>
<li>A minimum of 5 years of proposal operations experience.</li>
<li>Prior success working under deadlines in a dynamic, changing environment.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li>
<li>High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and build meaningful relationships with associates at all levels.</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">Preferred Qualifications:</h1>
<ul><li>Experience in a government contracting or defense industry environment.</li>
<li>Superior writing, editing, and communication skills.</li>
</ul>Security Clearance Requirement: 
Must be US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
