Overview 
 
The Recruitment Marketing Strategist is a part of the University Marketing Communications department and is a crucial member of the Account Services team. The University Marketing Communications department is responsible for raising the profile of the University of Minnesota and promoting University initiatives, education, research and community engagement. The Account Services team facilitates projects and provides strategic direction in collaboration with partners across the University to advance and promote University initiatives. 
 
The Recruitment Marketing Strategist will play an essential role in developing objectives-driven strategies and managing data-driven plans to attract prospective students through digital campaigns (search, social, display), and compelling content (web, video, print). Coordinates with marketing agency, internal team, and campus admissions leaders to produce and implement engaging marketing mass media and collateral, including website content, brochures, videos, and social media assets, ensuring alignment with and consistent application of recruitment brand.</li><li>
