We&rsquo;re looking for an <b>ABM leader with a GTM engineer mindset </b>to join our New York team &mdash; someone who deeply understands the ABM motion in B2B SaaS and has a proven track record of building programs that generate enterprise pipeline.</p><p>
This is a true <b>strategist + operator</b> role. You will set the ABM and pipeline strategy, and lead a significant portion of the execution yourself. You won&rsquo;t operate alone: you&rsquo;ll partner closely with Content, Events, Product Marketing, and the broader marketing team. But you should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, building workflows, launching campaigns, and optimizing programs hands-on.</p><p>
You&rsquo;re excited by all the &ldquo;cool new kids&rdquo; in marketing tech and comfortable jumping into the tools to build, test, and improve. You combine ABM expertise with systems thinking, technical curiosity, and strong pipeline accountability.</p><p>

You&rsquo;ll operate at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, designing how signal turns into engagement, engagement into meetings, and meetings into pipeline. You are part strategist, part builder, with a strong appreciation for long sales cycles and complex buying committees.</p><p><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Own...</b></p><p><b>
Global ABM Strategy &amp; Execution</b></p><p>
You&rsquo;ll lead and scale YOOBIC&rsquo;s global Account-Based Marketing strategy across 1:1, 1:few and 1:many programs.</p><p>
You will:</p><ul><li><p>
Define ICP segmentation and account tiering</p></li><li><p>
Build persona-driven messaging across buying committees</p></li><li><p>
Launch multi-channel ABM plays (digital, outbound, paid, events, sales activation)</p></li><li><p>
Partner closely with Sales on account plans and pipeline targets</p></li><li><p>
Drive strategic programs hands-on in collaboration with Content, Events and Product Marketing</p></li><li><p>
This is both strategy and execution &mdash; you&rsquo;ll design the motion and ensure it delivers pipeline.</p></li></ul><p><b><br>
GTM Systems &amp; Marketing Technology</b></p><p>
You think in systems and enjoy building them.</p><p>

Design and optimise workflows across HubSpot, Salesforce, Seam.ai, Influ2 and intent platforms</p></li><li><p>
Build trigger-based programs using intent data, engagement signals and buying committee activity</p></li><li><p>
Partner with RevOps on scoring, enrichment, routing and automation</p></li><li><p>
Develop dashboards tracking engagement-to-pipeline conversion</p></li><li><p>
Continuously evaluate and implement new GTM tools</p></li><li><p>
You won&rsquo;t just run campaigns &mdash; you&rsquo;ll architect the engine behind them.</p></li></ul><p><b><br>
U.S. Pipeline Ownership &amp; BDR Leadership</b></p><p>
You will directly manage two U.S.-based BDRs and own regional pipeline creation.</p><p>

Set and manage monthly and quarterly pipeline targets</p></li><li><p>
Coach BDRs on targeting, messaging and sequencing</p></li><li><p>
Align outbound with ABM strategy and intent signals</p></li><li><p>
Lead pipeline reviews and address engagement gaps</p></li><li><p>
Ensure marketing insights translate into sales conversations</p></li><li><p>

5&ndash;7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing</p></li><li><p>
3+ years building and executing enterprise ABM programs</p></li><li><p>
Proven success generating qualified pipeline through ABM</p></li><li><p>
Experience managing or enabling BDR/SDR teams (direct management preferred)</p></li><li><p>
Strong hands-on experience with ABM platforms, HubSpot, and Salesforce</p></li><li><p>
ABM leader with a GTM engineer mindse</p></li><li><p>
Comfortable owning strategy and executing hands-o</p></li><li><p>
Experience selling into global market</p></li><li><p>
Deep understanding of ABM in B2B SaaS sales environment</p></li><li><p>
Highly technical and curious about emerging GTM tool</p></li><li><p>
Comfortable building workflows between Seam.ai, HubSpot, Influ2, Salesforce, and enrichment tools</p></li><li><p>

The base salary range for this position is $135,000&ndash;$145,000 per year. This represents our good faith estimate of the compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.<br>
