 The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the organization&rsquo;s end-to-end digital marketing strategy while leading cross-functional teams including Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Content, SEO, Social Media, Graphic Design, and Creative Operations.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives; Build, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital marketing team; Define quarterly and annual marketing goals, KPIs, budgets, and growth strategies; Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across digital channels; Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Performance &amp; Growth Marketing: Lead all paid marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms; Optimize campaign performance based on CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI; Develop growth strategies to increase qualified leads and revenue; Manage marketing budgets efficiently while maximizing campaign performance; Continuously test, analyze, and optimize marketing funnels. Brand &amp; Content Leadership: Oversee content strategy across websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media; Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints; Collaborate with the Creative and Graphic Design teams to develop impactful campaigns; Guide content writers and creative teams to produce high-converting marketing assets. Team Management: Lead departments including Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Meta &amp; Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Writing, Graphic Design, Creative Strategy; Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions; Hire, develop, and retain top marketing talent. Analytics &amp; Reporting: Monitor marketing dashboards and campaign performance; Present monthly and quarterly reports to senior leadership; Utilize data to make informed strategic decisions; Identify new market opportunities and emerging digital trends.
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field. Master&rsquo;s degree or MBA is a plus.
 
 
 
 Experience Requirements
 
 
 
 8&ndash;10 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Minimum 4 years in a leadership role managing digital marketing teams. Hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns for the US market is mandatory. Proven experience leading multi-channel digital marketing strategies with measurable business outcomes.
 
 
 
 Preferred Experience
 
 
 
 Experience working with international clients, particularly in the US market. Experience in B2B, B2C, or SaaS marketing environments is a strong advantage. Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and AI- powered marketing solutions. Experience managing remote and cross-functional teams.
