We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our engineering and construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality masonry work in line with our commitment to delivering innovative, end-to-end construction solutions for commercial, residential, and creative living spaces. The Mason will play a key role in ensuring durability, precision, and aesthetic excellence across all projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform bricklaying, block work, plastering, and concrete finishing as per project specifications.</li><li>Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and plans.</li><li>Measure and cut materials to required sizes using hand and power tools.</li><li>Ensure alignment, leveling, and structural integrity of masonry work.</li><li>Repair and maintain existing masonry structures when required.</li><li>Mix mortar, cement, and other materials in proper proportions.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other construction team members to meet project deadlines.</li><li>Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.</li><li>Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience as a Mason in construction projects (commercial/residential preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.</li><li>Physical stamina and ability to work in various site conditions.</li><li>Good attention to detail and workmanship quality.</li><li>Basic understanding of safety regulations in construction sites.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

 Help mason, electricians, fitters, A/C technicians, carpenters, safety officers other specialized contractors by performing general physical activities related to constructions
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities

 Clean and prepare the job site;
 </li>
 <li>
 Load and deliver materials and use variety of tools and machines, such as forklifts, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers and water spraying equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up and take down ladders;
 </li>
 <li>
 Scaffolding and other temporary structures;
 </li>
 <li>
 Unload scaffolding equipment at the site;
 </li>
 <li>
 Help on excavation activities;
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow all HSE instructions, setting an example to others;
 </li>
 <li>
 Stop any unsafe work/act and report to the HSE department;
 </li>
 <li>
 Report immediately to the HSE if any Safety/Environmental concern is noticed in and around the working area.
