Where permitted by state regulations, the role may also include performing medical esthetic services&mdash;such as laser therapy, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatments, and non-surgical skin rejuvenation procedures&mdash;under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.An essential component of the position involves recommending appropriate skincare products tailored to each client&rsquo;s needs, as well as educating clients on effective at-home skincare routines to support and maintain treatment results. Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment is critical; therefore, strict adherence to sanitation and sterilization protocols for equipment and treatment areas is required at all times.The Master Esthetician is also responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed client records, including consultation notes, treatment plans, and progress tracking. A commitment to ongoing professional development is expected, with regular participation in continuing education to stay current with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and new product innovations.Delivering an exceptional client experience is central to the role, requiring strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build trust and rapport.
