Prepare necessary documentation, such as bill of lading, and/or shipping orders to route materials.</li><li>

Plan work assignments and equipment allocations to meet transportation, operations, or production goals.</li><li>
Review orders, production schedules, shipping or receiving notices to determine work sequences and material shipping dates, types, volumes, or destinations.</li><li>
Inspect or test materials, stock, vehicles, equipment, or facilities to ensure that they are safe, free of defects, and consistent with specifications.</li><li>
Coordinate forklift and Raymond repairs with respective vendors in a timely fashion</li><li>
Train and/or retrain operators in the proper use of material handling equipment, such as a forklift or Raymond Lift.</li><li>
Resolve worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution.</li><li>
Recommend personnel actions, such as employee selection, evaluation, rewards, or disciplinary actions.</li><li>
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.</li><li>
Capable of performing all duties of a Material Handler or Dock Auditor.</li><li>
Authority to stop production in the event unsafe parts or conditions appear.</li><li>

 Prefer six (6) months of warehousing and inventory experience.</li><li>

</div><div><ul><li><p>Support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Perform duties that may include packing, scanning, kitting or counting products</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Adhere to the 7S program</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Maintain a clean environment at all times</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members</p>
</li></ul></div><div><p>What you need to succeed at GXO:</p>
</div><div><p>At a minimum, you&rsquo;ll need:</p>
</div><div><ul><li><p>To be at least 18 years of age</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>The ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents</p>
</li></ul></div><div><p>It&rsquo;d be great if you also have:</p>
</div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>1 year of experience in a warehouse environment</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Availability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime when needed</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience using a handheld scanner</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team to achieve goals and objectives</p>
</li></ul></div><div><p>This job requires the ability to:</p>
</div><div><ul><li><p>Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 lbs.</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Handle or manage tools or equipment</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Carry objects 3-5 feet weighing up to 50 lbs, routinely</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Stand for prolonged periods of time &gt;4 hours</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Walk continuously for more than 10,000 steps (4-5) miles per day</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull objects of various shapes and sizes in team lift.</p></li><br>
