ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</b></p><p>
Locate and pull merchandise by matching item codes and numbers on the pick ticket against part number on the merchandise. Place merchandise in tote or stage bulk items in the appropriate area. When the order is completed, mark the tote by customer number and send down the conveyor.</p><p>
Make sure all totes are labeled for the correct store and do not exceed 60 lbs.</p><p>
Maintain DC standards for both accuracy and productivity when picking orders.</p><p>
Consolidate and pack all stock order merchandise quickly and accurately so the order can be checked in efficiently by the customer.</p><p>
Itemize all products not shipped in totes on the freight bill as soon as they are received. Make sure all freight bills are dated with the correct route and totaled at the day&rsquo;s end including hazardous material.</p><p>
Operate handheld computers (RF units) and/or voice picking equipment at WMS DCs.</p><p>
Check items off of the freight bill as they are loaded, making sure the number and types of items loaded match the freight bill total.</p><p>
Load trucks quickly and accurately. Tie and secure freight as it is loaded onto the truck.</p><p>
Keep picking zones supplied with totes as needed, and repair totes as needed.</p><p>
Start printers as necessary and sort tickets and labels by zone.</p><p>
Operate equipment for any outbound functions.</p><p>
Keep the work area neat and clean, dispose of cardboard and trash properly.</p><p>
Team members with experience may be designated as trainers. As a trainer, take ownership of the DC target training program ensuring that all training is conducted according to schedule, and that all documentation is complete. This position participates in all Fulfillment Center activities including stocking, picking, packing, and shipping medical products in compliance with Intermountain Healthcare's governing processes, procedures, outlined training practices, and employee safety practices. Warehouse Materials Handler - Vandalia $19/hr

<div><p>Perform proper handling of incoming product to insure accurate and available inventory. Perform all tasks according to best practice procedures.</p><p></p><p><b>
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</b></p><p>
Maintain safety standards while operating and identify unsafe practices and situations.</p><p>
Unload various types of merchandise from trailers, containers and trucks.</p><p>
Match skid or box counts to the Proof of Delivery documentation, noting any discrepancies.</p><p>
Place skids where assigned on or near the dock, remove packing lists, and document Vendor Compliance issues; when necessary, remove parts and place in designated area.</p><p>
Receive product on assigned batches, stock product from vendors, store returns, warehouse transfer, UPS or other small package shipments.</p><p>
Properly place product in various types of storage locations from floor level to 72 inches high, if on foot or use the appropriate powered equipment to place product in racking up to building ceiling height.</p><p>
Research all discrepancies, confirm all corrections have been made, and close the batch which releases the product to inventory.</p><p>
Follow instructions to acquire product from reserve locations, with and without power equipment then remove and replace product in various types of storage locations.</p><p>
Team members with experience may be designated as trainers. As a trainer, take ownership of the DC target training program ensuring that all training is conducted according to schedule, and that all documentation is complete. Explain specific job duties/functions to help ensure success of new team members, as well as to convey any departmental or procedural changes to existing team members.</p><p>

Responsibilities:

Raw Material Handler</b></p><div></div><div><br>
The primary function of the Raw Material Handler will work as part of the Production team to ensure that daily safety, quality and production goals are met. The Raw Material Handler will be responsible for unloading raw potatoes.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Production/Coordination:</b></div><ul><li>
Notifies the Supervisor of any problems with product or quality discrepancies.</li><li>
Reconcile raw materials in a timely manner.</li><li>
Investigate MUV variances.</li><li>
Loads, unloads and transfers materials within or near the plant, yard or work site, performing any combination of responsible duties.</li><li>
Coordinates daily with members of the quality team (hold). Make appropriate moves for QA and enter the information into the hold log as necessary.</li><li>
Stage Raw materials for loading when needed.</li><li>
Disposes of materials as deemed necessary.</li><li>
Expected to arrive at work on time.</li><li>
Willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours with advance notice.</li><li>
