We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist who understands the Qatari market and can drive cost-effective sourcing while supporting our project execution teams.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Source and procure all fit-out materials including paints, putty, primers, MEP, gypsum boards, civil work materials, electrical panels, and all related interior finishing supplies</li><li>Develop and maintain a strong supplier network for finishing materials within the Qatari and GCC markets</li><li>Evaluate supplier quotes, negotiate pricing, lead times, and contractual terms</li><li>Prepare and review purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and budget compliance</li><li>Assist in project cost estimation and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation for finishing works</li><li>Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials</li><li>Monitor and report on procurement budgets and expenditure across active projects</li><li>Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and local regulations</li><li>Manage vendor relationships and conduct periodic supplier performance reviews</li><li>Track market prices for finishing materials and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in procurement, preferably in fit-out, finishing, or interior contracting</li><li>Strong knowledge of finishing materials suppliers and the Qatari construction market</li><li>Ability to support cost estimation and BOQ preparation for fit-out projects</li><li>Strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; ERP or procurement software experience is a plus</li><li>Must be based in Qatar</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Previous experience procuring finishing materials for interior fit-out projects in Qatar</li><li>Existing relationships with local paint, MEP, gypsum, and civil work suppliers in Qatar</li><li>Understanding of Incoterms, customs clearance, and import logistics in Qatar</li><li>CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification is a plus</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
