 Develop interesting lessons conforming to the program of study and suitable for various categories of students. This includes creating syllabi, educational material, lessons plans, hands-on activities and assessments tailored to students&rsquo; needs, strengths, and weaknesses.

 Convey a clear dedication to contributing positively to the growth of the department by permanently seeking and engaging in numerous learning experiences. These involve carrying out an analysis of areas of needs for development, attending to training programme and courses that are relevant, supporting creativity and innovation in teaching strategies and tasks, as well as encouraging members of staff to learn from one another.

 Work collaboratively with all Math and Physics instructors, and instructors of other subjects, to provide students with the best chance of success in the Foundation programme.
