Position Summary:

Under the supervision of Executive Health Director, perform routine and repetitive cleaning activities in clinic, buildings and assigned areas. Perform a variety of custodial duties in order to maintain the clinic and buildings in a neat, orderly, and sanitary condition meeting all accreditation standards. San Bernardino County Special Districts is recruiting for Park Maintenance Worker III - Big Bear to lead and participate in the construction, maintenance, repair, and operation of park facilities, grounds, and equipment. Incumbents provide direction and functional supervision to maintenance staff and assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance and improvement projects.
In general, Park Maintenance Worker IIIs perform and lead a variety of skilled maintenance activities to ensure park facilities and grounds are safe, clean, and available for public use. Duties may include landscape maintenance, irrigation repair, plumbing, carpentry, painting, concrete and asphalt work, electrical and mechanical repairs, tree care, safety inspections, equipment operation, and maintaining records related to park operations. By necessity, most tasks are performed outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
