</div><div>We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic Facility Maintenance Worker II who possesses the desire to care for Kentucky&rsquo;s Veterans.<br>
<br>
Expectations for this position include but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Responsible for the care maintenance and appearance of grounds and exterior of building.
</li><li>Repairs and maintains all grounds equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edger&rsquo;s, and other associated equipment.
</li><li>Removes trash and debris from facility grounds.
</li><li>Maintains plants, grass, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
</li><li>Assists in snow and Ice removal during inclement weather.
</li><li>Paints walls in resident rooms and other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
