Design &amp; Development:<ul><li>
Conceptualize, design, and detail mechanical components and assemblies for new generations of glove manufacturing equipment using SolidWorks or similar CAD software.</li><li>
Perform engineering calculations (stress, tolerance analysis, flow dynamics, thermal transfer) to validate designs and ensure performance and safety.</li><li>
Select appropriate materials, purchased components (e.g., bearings, actuators, sensors), and manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, welding, casting).</li></ul></li><li>
Optimization &amp; Improvement:<ul><li>
Analyze existing machinery performance and implement design modifications to improve efficiency, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and ease of maintenance.</li><li>

Drive continuous improvement projects focused on reducing downtime and increasing machine throughput (cycles per minute).</li></ul></li><li>
Documentation &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>
Generate and maintain accurate engineering documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>
Collaborate with the Electrical/Controls Engineering team to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and software systems.</li><li>
