Nature of Work 
Provide overall management for a project or assist senior management on projects. Manage a field staff, contract documents, subcontractor performance, vendor compliance, budgets, costs, safety, profitability, and statutory and legal compliance. Maintain constructive relationships and communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, community officials and company staff. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Conduct pre-construction reviews including estimate review and contract documents. Develop purchasing strategies, project flow charts and schedules.</li><li>
Ensure subcontractors meet expectations of contract documents.</li><li>
Direct and supervise the purchase of major equipment.</li><li>
Establish and coordinate overall project schedule.</li><li>
Ensure labor, material, subcontractors, and equipment cost control for all projects.</li><li>
Provide any required project billings.</li><li>
