Supervise mechanical and electrical craft employees, prioritizing and coordinating daily maintenance work within a unionized setting.</li><li>

Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical systems, driving root cause analysis for equipment failures.</li><li>

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with direct reports.</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and/or electrical systems.</li><li>
Experience in a production or industrial maintenance environment.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred</b></h3><ul><li>
Prior supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Familiarity with labor agreements and workforce management practices.</li><li>
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.</li><li>
