Required:</b></p>

<li>Currently pursuing a degree in Film &amp; Television Production, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field</li>
<li>Experience with project management tools such as Airtable, Bynder, Asana, Notion, or equivalent</li>
<li>Familiar with video production workflows and terminology across pre-production, production, and post-production</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities</li>
<li>Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for documentation and file management</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Desired:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Spanish language proficiency a strong plus, supporting content and collaboration across Twilio's global teams</li>
<li>Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro or After Effects</li>
<li>Experience with video conferencing and virtual production tools such as Zoom, StreamYard, or similar platforms</li>
<li>Prior internship or project experience in video production, media, or a creative agency environment</li>
<li>Working knowledge of caption and subtitle workflows</li>
<li>Interest in or exposure to live event production and corporate conference environments</li>
<li>Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems or media storage platforms</li>

Compensation</b></p>

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:</p>

<li>Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C.: $26.00/hour</li>
<li>Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $28/00/hour</li>
<li>Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $31.00/hour</li>
</ul>
<p>The successful candidate&rsquo;s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.</p>
