Primary Responsibilities

 You manage the logistical and executional reality of complex campaigns end to end, spanning legal compliance, physical logistics, data integrity, and on-set client management. While creative plans may evolve in real time, you ensure that every contractual &ldquo;must-have&rdquo; is delivered.

 This role is preferably based in the Greenville, NC area and operates 100% in-office, five days per week, except during weeks when production requires weekend work. You will work closely with Production, Legal, Sales, and external clients under tight timelines and shifting conditions.

   Experience managing sweepstakes and contest administration, including official rules, affidavits, and COPPA and FTC compliance
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience managing physical production logistics such as shipping, inventory, and asset tracking at scale

   Track record of maintaining clean, audit-ready data in project management or CRM systems
