General Purpose of Job: We are looking to hire a Manager, Media Planning who is responsible for developing an understanding of clients' business model and pain points and translating them to custom media strategies and media plans. The primary focus is LSA management and performance, with secondary support for Google Search campaigns. This role executes against strategy set by the Paid Media Manager and Head of Marketing and ensures campaigns are running cleanly, efficiently, and without disruption. 
This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy or vendor-management position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Local Service Ads (Primary Focus)
<ul>
<li>Manage LSAs across all active locations and brands</li>
<li>Add and launch new locations into LSAs as markets expand</li>
<li>Monitor budgets, impression share, lead volume, and CPL daily</li>
<li>Increase or decrease budgets in real time based on performance</li>
<li>Proactively manage licensing, insurance, and compliance to avoid downtime</li>
<li>Monitor lead quality and escalate issues with routing or intake</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Project Manager on reporting and issue resolution</li>

Google Search Ads (Secondary Focus)
