In this role as an Associate Clinical Consultant, you will be responsible for demonstrating the value and impact of our Impella&reg; product portfolio to physicians and hospital staff. You will advise Interventional Cardiologists and Surgeons in patient selection, partner on training, and attend implants. As a key role on the Commercial team, you will acquire and demonstrate a working knowledge of our products/therapies and develop an extensive understanding of all their applications. You will provide comprehensive guidance on the appropriate use of the Impella&reg; devices enabling physicians and staff to deliver positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Improve patient outcomes through education and medical staff interaction, including clinical demos and ongoing training for new and existing accounts.

<li>Provide complete reports on sales, market activity, and technical inquiries to leadership;</li>
<li>Deliver value-focused, insight-driven presentations tailored to CT workflow and outcomes based on deep technical and clinical understanding of CT workflows across the suite;</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, communicating insights to leadership;</li>
<li>Leverage data and reporting to make strategic decisions/accountability and consistency in capturing and managing product pipeline;</li>
<li>Ensure seamless sales handoff and connectivity at initial stages to downstream support teams (service, clinical, medical, etc.) to maintain continuity of customer experience;</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of CT technology, contrast media, clinical applications, competitive landscape, radiology economics, and decision-making dynamics in health systems;</li>
<li>Demonstrated knowledge of radiology business;</li>
<li>Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional, matrix environment under a Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) model;</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills;</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage customer objections, drive group consensus, and anticipate customer needs;</li>

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $ 95,680.00 to $ 143,520.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.</div>
