Primary Purpose</b></div><div>

As it allays their anxiety and apprehensions, and helps in obtaining their co-operation</p><p>&middot; The consultant in charge should be kept informed at all times about new admission, onset of deterioration in the patient's condition, emergencies and result of investigations, and all instructions received from the consultant should be recorded.</p><p>&middot; Accurate information about patient's condition and progress, in simple and non-technical language should be provided to close relatives, from time to time.</p><p>&middot; Patient's right of confidentiality should be strictly preserved.</p><p><b>Training &amp; Development</b></p><p>&middot; Actively Participate in regular training programs/ CMEs conducted by Hospital.</p><p>&middot; Take initiative for giving regular clinical training to Nurses.</p><p>&middot; Check if all registers are updated or not regularly.</p><p>&middot; Enoucourge nursing staff for detailed clinical study through regular nursing practice.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
