<ul><li>Certified Medical Assistant or minimum of two years&rsquo; experience in primary care</li>
<li>Primary care or outpatient clinic experience strongly preferred</li>
<li>MA or phlebotomy certification strongly preferred</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic pharmacology</li>
<li>Experience with team-based care models</li>
<li>Care coordination or case management experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience with adult and geriatric patients preferred</li>
<li>EMR experience preferred; AthenaHealth ideal</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and valid driver&rsquo;s license</li>
<li>Strong customer service orientation and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
