Medical Receptionist:As a small, fast-paced medical office, we are looking for a professional, reliable, customer-oriented individual to join our team. Our front office medical receptionist is the practice&rsquo;s initial point of contact for our patients and their families. Photocopy and maintain office forms;10. Manage daily general filing;11. Sort and send mail;12. Secure daily collections as well as petty cash;13. Prioritize work according to importance, deadlines, and clinicians&rsquo; needs;14. Comply with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations;15. Have extraordinary interpersonal communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset;16. Have a sharp eye for detail as well as active listening and critical thinking skills;17.
