<div>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
<ul><li>Provide personalized coordinated care, support and treatment for patients and families.

SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Director/Manager or delegate, assists in planning, organizing, implementing evaluating the activities occurring on the nursing unit by performing clerical and receptionist duties and maintaining the physical environment of the area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Performs various clerical duties related to the updating and organizing of information on the nursing units. Establishes &amp; maintains the patient record on the unit. Answers the telephone in a professional manner and directs calls to appropriate individuals and/or takes messages. Stock units with office supplies; prepares requisitions to maintain established inventories. Faxes and photocopies information as needed. Obtains supplies as requested by the nursing staff.</li><li>
Records information, such as physicians' orders and instructions, dietary requirements, and medication information, on patient charts and medical records, as needed.</li><li>
Adheres to HIPAA guidelines by accessing PHI in accordance with departmental assignment</li><li>
Welcomes visitors, answers inquiries, gives directions and refers inquiries to nursing and physician staff as needed.</li><li>
Provides support and necessary information to nurses, providers, offices, etc.</li><li>
Arranges discharges/ transfers by notifying patient transport services.</li><li>
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations and adhering to Infection Prevention Policies</li><li>
May transport patients in wheelchair to locations within facility</li></ul>

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Payment Processing Manager, the Payment Processing Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all childcare providers are paid promptly. Due to the nature of the workflow, the Payment Processing Clerk is required to assist in reviewing data on vouchers against the attendance sheets and/or PPR logs. MAOF has a first come first serve process and is committed to accurately processing the attendance sheets and/or PPR logs and submitting the payment vouchers to the Accounting Department. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Once the Payment Processing Clerk delivers top-sheets with corresponding vouchers the following process takes place:
<ul><li>Date stamp top-sheets and vouchers</li>
<li>Verify that the top-sheet listing matches the attached corresponding vouchers</li>
<li>Assure that you have one copy of top-sheet and one copy of all vouchers</li>
<li>Deliver top-sheet with the corresponding vouchers &amp; attendance sheets and/or payment processing request forms to the Accounts Payable Unit for check processing</li></ul> 

Once the Accounts Payable unit prints the checks and delivers them back to the Payment Processing Clerk the following process takes place:
<ul><li>Review and mark received checks on the corresponding top-sheet,</li>
<li>Match check to copy of voucher,</li>
<li>Verify check payee name, address and amount matches attached voucher,</li>
<li>Provide Payment Processing with a copy of completed top-sheet,</li>
