Position Description:The Member Support Specialist works cross-functionally to ensure a positive experience for each Member in the eCaptiv program. As a Float Medical Assistant, internally known as a One Medical Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist at one of our offices, you'll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services.
