Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

Check on residents regularly (every two hours) and document observations accurately.

Encourage and assist residents to participate in daily activities, fostering engagement and connection.
</li><li>
Escort residents to meals and activities, offering assistance as needed to ensure comfort and enjoyment.

Support dining services by assisting with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup, and report any changes in appetite or eating abilities.

Help maintain clean, tidy, and comfortable resident rooms and shared spaces.

Assist with residents&rsquo; laundry as needed, ensuring items are handled respectfully and returned promptly.

Practice proper body mechanics and follow safety and infection control procedures at all times.

Respond to emergencies quickly and according to policy, ensuring resident safety.
