What You'll Be Doing:

<li>Perform housekeeping duties throughout the community</li>
<li>Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in resident rooms and common areas</li>
<li>Support a safe and dignified environment for residents with memory impairments</li>
<li>No prior experience necessary - assisted living or hospitality experience a plus</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred</li>
<li>Ability to read, write and speak English</li>
<li>Comfortable working around animals and pets</li>
<li>Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia</li>
<li>Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)</li>
<li>Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards</li>
