This position is community based.</p><p><b>Job Duties include but are not limited to:**</b></p><ul><li>Implement individual psychosocial skills training as prescribed in consumer's Treatment Plan.</li><li>Supervise, guide, train, and participate in a variety of social skills and developmental activities, with consumers.</li><li>Participate in Supervision monthly</li><li>Identify behaviors that interfere with consumer's performance.</li><li>Participate in consumer's clinical management team meeting.</li><li>Provide PSR Services as defined in consumer's Treatment Plan.</li><li>Assist with clinical coordination of services for consumers (i.e. transportation, medication management, in-house treatment services, scheduled appointments, etc.)</li><li>Consumers' level of performance and progress must be documented in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; notes must be submitted weekly.</li><li>Assist in development of interventions that alleviate problem behavior and symptoms of mental illness that affect the consumer's ability to work and/or attend school.</li><li>Prepares monthly schedule for consumers who require medication management.</li><li>Complete trainings and professional developments</li><li>This is a community-based position which will require the potential candidate to service clients in the home, school, or community setting.</li><li>Clinicians have the ability to create their own schedule.</li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><p>Must have valid driver's license.</p><p>Must have reliable transportation with active insurance.</p><p>Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and TB test screening.</p><p><b>Education Requirement:</b></p><p><b>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Master's degree (REQUIRED)</b> in one of the following disciplines: Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Rehabilitation Services, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Secondary Education, Family and Consumer Sciences, Human Growth and Development.</p><p>PLEASE NOTE: Experience does not count in lieu of degree.
