Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, crisis intervention, and continuity of behavioral health care for patients in a secure residential setting, in accordance with community standards of care, credentialing requirements, facility policies, and applicable accreditation and regulatory requirements. The Psychiatrist supports on-site and telehealth psychiatry services, contributes to the management of serious mental illness, suicide precautions, and transfer planning, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely, culturally competent, trauma-informed, and appropriately documented patient care.</p><p><b>
