Job Title: MEP Technician, Ac technician, Mason, Plumber, Civil, Multi technicianDepartment: Facilities Maintenance / Engineering Reports To: MEP Supervisor / Maintenance Engineer Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Purpose:To carry out preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities.Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:1. Preventive &amp; Corrective Maintenance<ul><li>Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, pumps, motors, and other MEP equipment.</li><li>Respond to maintenance requests, diagnose faults, and repair issues efficiently.</li><li>Support emergency maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns.</li></ul>2. Mechanical Systems<ul><li>Maintain HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, compressors, ductwork, and chilled water systems.</li><li>Perform basic servicing on motors, pumps, belts, bearings, and ventilation systems.</li><li>Support fire-fighting system maintenance including sprinkler lines and fire pumps.</li></ul>3. Electrical Systems<ul><li>Carry out maintenance of electrical installations including lighting, power sockets, distribution boards, and control panels.</li><li>Identify and fix electrical faults using standard tools and testing devices.</li><li>Assist in installation and commissioning of electrical equipment.</li></ul>4. Plumbing Systems<ul><li>Repair and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, sanitary fittings, and water heaters.</li><li>Fix leaks, replace valves, unclog drains, and install new piping as required.</li></ul>5. Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Follow safety protocols including use of PPE and lockout-tagout procedures.</li><li>Ensure all works comply with local regulations and internal safety standards.</li><li>Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.</li></ul>6. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Record maintenance activities, job completion status, and material usage in logbooks or digital systems.</li><li>Support the supervisor in preparing maintenance reports and inventories.</li></ul>7.
