About the Role

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Brand Coordinator to support the execution of brand programs and customer-facing experiences that strengthen connection with the aviation community. This role helps bring the brand to life across campaigns, events, influencer partnerships, and merchandise, ensuring a cohesive, high-impact presence that supports business and growth objectives. This role sits hybrid in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support the execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, and in-person channels, ensuring alignment with marketing and go-to-market strategies.</li>
<li>Coordinate influencer and content creator partnerships, including outreach, contracts, onboarding, content planning, and performance tracking.</li>
<li>Assist in managing campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.</li>
<li>Plan and execute events, community meetups, and experiential brand activations, including managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and production.</li>
<li>Partner with go-to-market and regional teams to deliver activations aligned to launches and market-specific goals.</li>
<li>Curate and oversee the company&rsquo;s internal (employee) and external online stores, including apparel and merchandise programs.</li>
<li>Oversee swag and apparel requests from internal teams, including intake, vendor coordination, design coordination, inventory, procurement, and fulfillment.</li>
<li>Maintain product catalogs, listings, pricing, and availability while ensuring brand consistency across all merchandise.</li>
<li>Support eCommerce performance by assisting with promotions, merchandising strategies, and platform optimization (BigCommerce).</li>
<li>Track and analyze key metrics (campaign performance, traffic, conversion) to inform data-driven decisions.</li>
<li>Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and complaints to improve satisfaction and retention.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all brand touchpoints are cohesive and on-brand, and provide general support across brand initiatives.</li>
</ul>
Basic Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in brand marketing, events, campaign coordination, or related roles</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Experience with events, merchandise, or eCommerce programs; influencer management is a plus</li>
<li>Strong project management, organization, and communication skills</li>
<li>Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, or regional teams</li>
<li>Working knowledge of digital marketing (social, SEO, campaigns) and analytics tools</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Experience with Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.</li>
<li>Passion for aviation is a must.</li>

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range: $70,000-$90,000

POSITION SUMMARY: 
BOSS (Buy Online Ship from Store) is a process that allows us to improve our overall shopping experience for our customers. By accessing inventory in all of our retail locations, it helps us quickly find the right product for our customers no matter where they are shopping. The BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter must be familiar with the products we sell, will be responsible for filling BOSS orders, sorting, picking, packing, and loading merchandise for shipment to direct customers and retail stores as needed. Ensures merchandise is handled to maintain quality and appearance for customers.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Performs multiple functions within the back room of the retail store such as receiving merchandise, inspecting merchandise, filling orders, sorting and packing merchandise in appropriate box size for shipment to customers as needed. In fulfillment of these duties may spend majority of time in one of the following areas, but has knowledge and experience to move among multiple area functions as needed.</li>
<li>Sorts merchandise into order groupings and/or pack merchandise using proper containers, cartons, or packaging for shipment. Applies designated labels and visually inspects product for quality and presentation to customer.</li>
<li>Fills retail and/or direct customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order. Pulls merchandise from designated stock locations and place in proper containers.</li>
<li>Moves merchandise among warehouse locations using authorized material handling equipment (i.e. stock pickers, lift trucks, etc.) or manually load and/or unload trailers.</li>
