IIQAF Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser in Abu Dhabi to support product display, inventory coordination, and promotional activities within our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising, stock replenishment, retail display management, product promotion, and customer service.

<ul><li>Arrange and maintain attractive product displays and merchandising layouts</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with suppliers, store staff, and inventory teams</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Track sales trends and customer preferences</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepare merchandising reports and inventory updates</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and procedures</li></ul> 

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Requirements</h2>
<ul><li>High school diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience in hospitality, retail, or FMCG industry preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Basic knowledge of inventory and merchandising principles</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
<ul><li>Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail</li></ul>

<ul><li>Set up attractive product displays in showrooms, retail outlets, or partner stores</li><li>Monitor stock levels at sales points and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for replenishments.</li><li>Arrange Local Purchase Orders (LPO) from all outlets based on stock levels to ensure optimal inventory availability and prevent stockouts or overstocking.</li><li>Conduct regular stock checks to avoid shortages or overstocking</li><li>Report discrepancies or issues related to stock movement</li><li>Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences related to kitchenware</li><li>Support sales teams by providing merchandising insights and assisting during promotional campaigns</li><li>Coordinate with retailers or distributors to implement promotional displays and sales events</li><li>Prepare regular reports for management review and strategic planning</li><li>Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and products are presented according to brand guidelines</li><li>Monitor and improve product visibility and presentation to enhance customer appeal</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of merchandising experience, preferably in household/kitchenware products</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (manual or automatic)</li><li>Familiarity with Abu Dhabi retail market and routes</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
