We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of merchandising principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create and maintain visually appealing and organized product displays that attract customers and maximize sales.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely replenishment of products.</li><li>Work closely with store managers, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and execution of merchandising strategies.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product information and recommendations.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Relevant Work Experience and Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in retail merchandising or a similar role is preferred.</li><li>Strong visual and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.</li><li>All candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment background screening, which includes review of criminal history, motor vehicle records, and a drug screening.</li><li>Must have a Valid Drivers License.</li><li>Must be at least 21 years old.</li></ul>
