Job Overview: 
 
Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. As an apparel merchandiser, you'll ensure clothing is styled, organized, and presented to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers. Working hands-on in stores, you'll be responsible for styling mannequins and displays to create a polished, trend-forward shopping experience. 
 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assists in setting up apparel displays, updating fixture signage, and cleaning departments in areas that have been remodeled</li><li>
Participates in stockroom management responsibilities and requires strong organizational skills</li><li>
Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise</li><li>
Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings</li><li>
Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability</li><li>
Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device<ul><li>

A valid Texas drivers license with a driving record acceptable under company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) guidelines</li><li>
A dependable personal motor vehicle, suitable for work use, and capable of transporting up to 20 cases of product and/or display materials</li><li>
Must maintain current, personal auto liability insurance and provide proof of coverage</li><li>
Intermediate computer knowledge in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point. Margin Minder and Mobility knowledge preferred</li><li>
Must have a cell phone with data capability</li></ul>
Physical Requirement:<ul><li>
Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus)</li><li>
Continuous standing and walking, up to 8 hours at a time</li><li>
Continuous lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling 20-161lbs</li><li>
Ability to operate a two or four-wheel dolly</li><li>
Must be able to push 300lbs dolly load and move 161lb kegs</li><li>
Must be able to safely operate a pallet jack</li><li>
Frequent driving distances between 0-75 miles in one sitting</li><li>
Frequent climbing, pushing, pulling and maneuvering dolly/hand truck</li></ul>
Working Conditions:<ul><li>
All weather conditions (indoor &amp; outdoor) including high temperatures, cool/cold temperatures, wind, ice, humidity, rain, fog, hail, sleet and snow</li><li>
Daylight, twilight, evening and dark lighting conditions</li><li>
Noise, vibration, dust, dirt, airborne particles, fumes</li><li>
Work hours will vary daily due to business needs</li></ul>
