KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p><b>Quality Assurance (QA)</b></p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Plans, Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITPs), and procedures in line with ISO 9001 and API Q1/Q2.</li><li>Conduct internal and external quality audits (suppliers, subcontractors, project phases).</li><li>Manage document control for quality records &ndash; ensure latest revisions of drawings, specs, and standards are used.</li><li>Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for non-conformances (NCRs).</li></ul><p><b>Quality Control (QC)</b></p><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day inspection activities (incoming, in-process, final) for equipment, piping, structural, and welding works.</li><li>Coordinate and witness NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) such as UT, RT, MT, PT.</li><li>Review material test certificates (MTCs) and ensure traceability.</li><li>Verify welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and welder qualifications.</li><li>Monitor coating, painting, and insulation quality as per project specs.</li></ul><p><b>Documentation &amp; Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Prepare and review QA/QC reports, test packages, and final handover dossiers.</li><li>Ensure all documentation meets client and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM, BS).</li><li>Maintain logs for NCRs, inspection requests, calibration records, and personnel certifications.</li><li>Liaise with client representatives and third-party inspection agencies.</li></ul><p><b>Coordination &amp; Reporting</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve quality issues.</li><li>Provide QA/QC training and guidance to site teams.</li><li>Report quality performance metrics and KPIs to management.</li></ul><p><b>3. QUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENTS</b></p><p><b>Essential</b></p><ul><li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Civil, or related field).</li><li><b>Experience:</b> Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC experience specifically in <b>oil &amp; gas projects</b> (onshore/offshore, pipelines, refineries, or petrochemicals).</li><li><b>QMS Knowledge:</b> Hands-on experience with <b>ISO 9001</b> and <b>API Q1/Q2</b>.</li><li><b>Inspection &amp; Testing:</b> Proven experience in inspection, testing, and documentation control.</li><li><b>NDT &amp; Standards:</b> Strong knowledge of NDT techniques (UT, RT, MT, PT) and industry standards (ASME Sec V, VIII, IX; API 1104; AWS D1.1; etc.).</li><li><b>Software:</b> Proficient in MS Office and quality management software (e.g., LIMS, QMS tools).</li></ul><p>Application Question(s):</p><ul><li>Visa Status : Company Visa / Freelance </li><li>How Many years of QA/QC experience specifically in oil &amp; gas projects (onshore/offshore, pipelines, refineries, or petrochemicals).</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
