Position Purpose: The Measure Technician (In-Home Advisor) works independently in a traveling field role in support of The Home Depot's Field Services Organization. The Measure Technician&rsquo;s role is to provide quality professional customer service that consistently meets or exceeds Company standards of excellence and customer expectations.  The Field Service Engineer will deliver both onsite and office-based customer support, carrying out installation, commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Badger Meter Products and solutions while ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.  Job Duties:

 Install, configure, and commission flow meters, water quality sensors, smart covers, network monitoring systems, leak detection solutions, and related software integrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and integrate devices using various industrial communication protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling of repairs and global RMA process
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct on-site calibration and verification in accordance with regional standards and project requirements.
 </li>

 Maintain accurate service logs, calibration reports, and field documentation.
 </li>

 Prepare sales and service quotations in collaboration with the commercial team.
