Metrology Engineering Technicians support defect inspection/metrology tools and help drive continuous improvement and defect management in a semiconductor fabrication environment. This role partners closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to detect issues early, support excursion response, and help sustain stable tool performance across shifts.<br>

Excursion response</b>: Support defect excursion investigations, including data pull/analysis, containment documentation, and disposition support for discrepant material</li><li><b>
Inline metrology support</b>: Support Photo CDSEM and film metrology platforms (e.g., inline film thickness and stress measurement)</li><li><b>
Defect data analytics</b>: Review and classify defect data, identify trends, generate reports, and communicate results to Engineering and Management</li><li><b>
