<b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><br>

The Welder will perform the daily set-up and fabricate/weld (MIG and/or TIG) weldments in a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, utilizing blue prints for set-up and inspection of parts to ensure customer specifications are met.<br>
<br>
<b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p>
<ul><li>Set-up, lay-out, tack-up and weld sheet metal in constructing customer parts and components</li>
<li>Tack and/or weld metal parts together using MIG and/or TIG welding</li>
<li>Safely apply welds per specifications to produce completed product</li>
<li>Monitors the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material</li>
<li>Capable of porosity-free TIG welding and MIG welding</li></ul><br>

<b>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:</b></p>
<ul><li>2+ years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience</li>
<li>High School diploma or GED required</li>

<p>Job Summary:</p>
<p>This position is responsible for any fabrication necessary and on time production of parts. This position includes GMAW, MIG welding, grinding panels, fitting pipes and tightening them, cutting different materials on different machines and processes, and maintaining the upkeep as necessary on welding equipment. The focus of this position is producing quality fabricated to spec steel parts in a timely and satisfactory manner.</p>
<p>Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills):
