The experience you have:</b></div><div><b>
Education: </b><b>Required:</b> High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Associate Degree, Machine Tool Technology, or related subject-area; or Trade School Certification in a related discipline or Apprenticeship.</div><div><b>
Required: </b>5 Years minimum experience as a Horizontal Machinist in a precision machine shop. Preferred: Experience as a journeyman machinist in a precision machine shop with CAD/CAM programming experience. Basic computer skills with the ability to operate within a MS Windows environment, using email for communication. Usage of Data Collection software and ERP system is required.</div><div><b>
Computer Skills:</b> Minimum ability to operate within a Windows environment, using email for communication. Usage of Data Collection software.</div><div><b>
Language Skills:</b><b> </b>Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical data, schematics, prints and travelers is required. Effective interpersonal communication skills through a variety of methods is required.</div><div><b>
Mathematical Skills:</b> Basic Math Skills: Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Metric to Standard Conversion, Fractions to Decimals.</div><div><b>
Reasoning Skills:</b> Requires the ability to define complex problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. The ability to interpret a wide range of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form is an on-going requirement.</div><div><b>
Physical Demands:</b> This position requires standing for the majority of the day. Walking, bending, kneeling,squatting,stooping,handling,fingering,reaching,lifting,and pulling are necessary throughout the day as well.</div><div><b>
Work Environment:</b> The work environment for this position is that of an industrial machine shop/production facility. Employees may experience loud noises, (at varying levels), sharp edges(tooling and material), oil, and coolant throughout the workday.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
