 Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
 
 
 
 As a Minibar Attendant, you will play an integral part in ensuring that every guest&rsquo;s in-room experience is flawless. You will manage the replenishment, organisation, and presentation of minibars across the resort&rsquo;s accommodations, maintaining accuracy, quality, and discretion at every step.
 
 
 This role requires precision, efficiency, and a natural sense of service, qualities that contribute to creating seamless and luxurious guest moments.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Check, restock, and maintain all guestroom minibars daily according to established par levels and brand standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Accurately record consumption and post minibar charges through the point-of-sale system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspect all items for quality, expiry, and presentation before placement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper labeling in all minibar storage areas and service carts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Purchasing and Storeroom teams for replenishment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit daily minibar reports and reconcile variances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or maintenance issues to the Supervisor or Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand service standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in all guest interactions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 1 year of experience in minibar operations or F&amp;B service within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Diploma or vocational certification in Hospitality Management or Food &amp; Beverage Operations preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of Opera PMS, Micros, or similar point-of-sale systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, service orientation, and interpersonal abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Physically fit and able to lift and transport minibar stock safely.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining brand standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
 </li>
