You will oversee projects in our core niches (web development, graphic design and mobile apps), ensure client satisfaction, and help grow our business through strong sales and communication.<br/><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Handle projects from planning through delivery in all our service areas: website dev, graphic design, mobile apps, marketing</li><li>Upsell additional services to existing and prospective Upwork clients</li><li>Conduct client meetings via voice and video calls to gather requirements, give updates, and manage feedback</li><li>Create proposals, timelines, budgets, and progress reports</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (designers and developers) to meet project milestones and quality standards</li><li>Maintain documentation, track deliveries, ensure clients are satisfied and kept in the loop</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Proven 6 months to 1 year experience as a Project Manager or similar, preferably with exposure to freelancing marketplaces like Upwork</li><li>Good understanding or experience in website development, graphic design and mobile app development</li><li>Strong upselling and negotiating skills</li><li>Excellent English (written &amp; spoken) communication skills</li><li>Comfortable with client calls and video meetings.</li></ul><p>Shift Timing : 8pm to 4am</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
