Job responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
<ul><li>Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking</li>
<li>Knowledge of real estate market in local area</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines</li></ul>
