As a Mortgage Loan Assistant at NVR, you will support our homebuying customers from Ryan Homes, NV Homes, and Heartland Homes. You will assist and support the various aspects of the loan process. Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>
Work in tandem with the branch staff to create and distribute relevant pipeline reports and assist in administrative duties associated with loan files.</li><li>
Assist in branch accounting by paying all invoices and completing any other related tasks.</li><li>
Support branch management by monitoring loan accuracy, compliance, and quality control throughout the process.</li><li>
Build foundational knowledge of the loan process including loan applications, credit reports, disclosures, transcripts, and loan program guidelines.</li></ul>

Oversees loan file progress from application through closing by working with the operations and support staff.
