3+ years proven experience in a Motion Graphics Designer role</li><li>

New York Base Salary Range</b></p><p>
The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $75,000 &ndash; 105,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange&rsquo;s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Required Qualifications &amp; Experience:

Experience designing and producing video assets.</li><li>
Skilled in storyboarding, concepting, and style framing.</li><li>
Strong skills in Adobe After Effects</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to deliver diverse styles for a wide variety of content.</li><li>
Deep knowledge of social and digital platforms, formats, and best practices.</li><li>
Passionate about video content, hyper-knowledgeable about motion graphics.</li><li>
Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator</li><li>
Impeccable attention to detail</li><li>
Professional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>

Compensation &amp; Benefits:
