SAIC&rsquo;s Core Creative Multimedia Production is currently seeking an experienced Video Producer to join our team in Northern VA and help our Intelligence Community (IC) customers tell their stories in new and engaging ways. Core Creative is a multi-disciplinary production team that provides tailored, dynamic, and cutting-edge content solutions to multiple IC customers. Scripted videos, short and long-form documentaries, animated promos, re-enactments, web series, podcasts, and interactive web-based training modules are some of the flagship products across our portfolio. As a Video Producer, you will not only help contribute as a producer on day one, but will also have hands-on production skills. Specialized production experience will be highly favored during the interview process. In addition to your producing background, we are especially seeking our Video Producer to have videography experience, be familiar with Adobe Premiere and After Effects, and have expert knowledge of writing scripts and storyboards for video. Your responsibilities will include the following:

<li>Coordinating with internal and external customers to gather requirements for upcoming and ongoing projects.</li>

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience.</li><li>

Familiarity with video sets and team members' roles.</li><li>

The Video Producer will support Barrow Wise's NSF project and perform the following duties:<ul><li>

Summary/Objective 
The Video Producer is responsible for developing, producing, shooting, and editing videos for Lippert Components (LCI) products. Areas of video production include: training, installation, promotional, and department specific shoots. This position will work cross functionally to offer media production support for all of Marketing and other departments including, but not limited to, Safety, Lean, Human Resources and Customer Support.

 Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead the creative production of social and on-site branded video campaigns from kickoff through pre-production, shoot, and post-production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop compelling story arcs and creative treatments that achieve brand partner goals while maintaining Hearst brands&rsquo; editorial integrity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Branded Content Editors during the pre-sale process to ideate and pitch video concepts and execution strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Art Directors to develop moodboards, visual styles, and graphic treatments for branded video campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage creative and pre-production decks for assigned campaigns and projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct on-set production, working closely with clients and stakeholders to incorporate live feedback and ensure successful execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with production teams to determine crew needs, locations, logistics, and overall shoot feasibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with post-production teams to ensure final deliverables meet client expectations and Hearst brand standards.

 Qualifications (What We&rsquo;re Looking For)

 3&ndash;5 years of experience in video production within an agency, publishing, digital media, or brand environment with a focus on social-first video content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong storytelling ability with experience developing narratives and treatments for branded content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across creative and production teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable directing productions and working with a range of talent, including influencers, actors, and celebrities.
 </li>
 <li>
 A creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership over work.
 </li>
 <li>

 The base salary for this role is between
 
 $76,000 - $87,000
 
 . The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
