<p>Turf Tech is seeking an experienced and reliable Mowing Crew Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising a crew of mowing technicians, ensuring high-quality mowing services are provided to our clients. The position will function as a crew leader for both residential and commercial mowing services. The position will evolve into a crew leader for other services throughout the nongrowing season. As a person willing to learn, our company is happy to train for the following off-season services including but not limited to leaf removal, junk removal, landscaping, and snow management services. Being a veteran or bilingual is a plus!</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul><li>Lead and supervise a team of mowing technicians to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently</li><li>
Coordinate daily routes for the crew while following the schedule set forth by the operations team.</li><li>
Inspect all equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and trucks, to ensure proper operation</li><li>
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the crew</li><li>
Train and develop crew members to improve skills and productivity</li><li>
Perform mowing services as needed</li><li>
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of work completed and time spent on each job</li><li>
Attend training and safety meetings as required</li></ul>
