Essential Functions/Responsibilities Sales and Marketing <ul><li>Warmly greet prospective residents and create a personal connection while determining needs and preferences</li><li>Professionally present the community and homes along with specific features and benefits</li><li>Correctly complete all lease applications, assist with application verification, and notify prospective resident of results in a timely manner</li><li>Manage and convert prospect leads into leases to achieve leasing goals. Assist with ongoing resident relations throughout occupant&rsquo;s tenancy by ensuring occupant&rsquo;s requests are responded to promptly and accurately</li><li>
Responsible for shopping competitive properties, and pursuing marketing opportunities with downtown business</li><li>
Assist with processing work order requests for residents and ensure work is completed in a timely manner</li><li>
Occasionally assist with planning and hosting after hours resident events</li><li>
Participate in company provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention.</li><li>
Comply with all company standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.</li></ul><div>
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 
One (1) year of previous leasing experience is preferred; one (1) year of previous residential leasing experience with Yardi is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license/automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
