The position performs technical audio-visual duties which include participating in the development, production, and editing of a variety of videos used for communicating, training, and recruitment branding. The Associate Multimedia Designer provides support to higher-level media staff and performs related duties within the area of assignment.The Associate Multimedia Designer level is used for training purposes, and incumbents will be expected to gradually perform a broader range of duties with increasing responsibility and independence as experience is gained. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>2+ years of programmatic advertising experience</li><li>Experience using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Vyond, and Captivate and other video editing and graphic design software</li><li>Experience in a training role, including technical training, or a mix of training, performance management and coaching/mentoring, or experience focused on Adult Learning Theory, including 1) virtual training facilitation and dealing with remote teams, and 2) delivering Soft Skills, Technology Skills and/or Technical or other Systems training</li><li>Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements</li><li>Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results</li><li>Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting</li><li>7+ years of professional experience</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote</li><li>Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions</li><li>Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery</li><li>Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)</li><li>Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives</li><li>Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines</li><li>3+ years of performance in an online advertising role and familiarity with advertising products and ad serving technologies experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Learning Design Principles, Learning Science, Educational Psychology or a related field</li><li>Experience delivering results by partnering with and influencing others</li></ul>

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
